CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19) PANDEMIC UPDATE

Subject to change as new information becomes available.

We have been working hard to get our properties ready for our guest to come back. We have always had a high cleaning standard at Arbor Hotels. As a family owned and operated business we cannot hide behind a franchise or corporate entity. OUR FAMILY is the face to our business. These are the Cleaning procedures we have been doing for several weeks.

  • Front desk area sanitized at each shift change.
  • Front desk is sanitized after each time we have guest contact within the 6-foot barrier.
  • All Key Cards Sanitized after each check out.
  • Elevator and outside doors sanitized at each shift change.
  • All touch points in each room sanitized at final inspection by housekeeping supervisor.
  • Precheck available by contacting us and providing a cell phone number.

Until we have further guidance from the Governor of Texas and the Lubbock Mayor our Lounge, Breakfast Buffett, Exercise Room and Swimming Pool and Hot Tub will remain closed.
